Excitement filled the air at the Flavorite National School Soca Monarch 2014 Semi-Finals last Saturday 1stFebruary at the Woodbrook Playboyz Panyard.
The level of talent displayed was very encouraging for the art of Soca. The young, up and coming talent, showed us all their true level of commitment to the Art and the support of their families, friends, teachers and school mates spoke volumes. Its events such as these, that encourage us to keep pushing forward with this annual competition.
Coming out of the Semi-Final round, the following performers have made it onto the Finals “AWESOME FRIDAY” scheduled for Friday 21st February at 9:00 a.m. on the big stage at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
We look forward to families, friends, schools and the wider public to come out to support our young and very talented Artistes who represent the future of Soca in Trinidad and Tobago.
